Poopaw Solutions Terms of Service

In this document, Poopaw Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) refers to the business providing requested services (the “Services”) and operates the website https://www.poopawsolutions.com (the “Site”). The Client (the “Client,” “You,” “Your”) refers to the individual or organization receiving the services from Poopaw Solutions.
1. Service Duration
By accepting the Poopaw Solutions Proposal and Estimate or the Fee Quote online, the Client agrees to a continuous provision of Services. These Services will remain in effect on a recurring basis until the Client decides to cancel them according to the procedures outlined in these Terms of Service.
2. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel Services at any time without incurring any cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel, the Client can contact Poopaw Solutions via phone or use the online portal. Any outstanding payments for Services provided up to the cancellation date will be due immediately.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services for residential properties is required based on the payment plan selected at the time of Service acceptance. Services for commercial properties are subject to Net 30 payment terms, with invoices due within 30 days of receipt. The Client agrees to cover any reasonable costs incurred by Poopaw Solutions for collection or legal actions if payment issues arise.
4. Payment Method
Upon accepting services, the Client must provide Poopaw Solutions with debit or credit card details, consenting to store this information for charging service fees as outlined in the Agreement. Poopaw Solutions will not share payment details. If payment information fails or is outdated, additional fees may apply, and failure to update within ten (10) business days may result in service termination.
5. Communication Consent
By providing a phone number and/or email address, the Client consents to receive communications from Poopaw Solutions and its affiliates, including automated calls, text messages, and emails related to billing, collections, or customer service.
6. Electronic Documents
With the Client’s permission, Poopaw Solutions may send electronic versions of documents related to their account, such as notices and disclosures, instead of paper copies. These documents will be delivered via email to the address provided by the Client.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided unless there is a service error on our part. If a refund is necessary for any other reason, it will be issued minus any processing fees and relevant service proration. Account credits may be granted and applied to future invoices or remain on the Client’s account indefinitely.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Client is dissatisfied with any Service provided, Poopaw Solutions will make an effort to revisit the site the same day. Requests for a revisit must be made within 24 hours of the service completion. Beyond this period, no free revisits will be provided. We strive to address and resolve issues to the Client’s satisfaction within the bounds of these Terms of Service.
9. Service Scheduling
Specific service times cannot be guaranteed due to various factors, as Poopaw Solutions operates as a route-based service. Services are provided during listed hours, and while we operate in most weather conditions, services may be paused if conditions become unsafe. The Client will be notified of any interruptions.
10. Service Access
Services will occur on scheduled dates unless communicated otherwise. The Client must ensure access points are clear and unlocked. If Poopaw Solutions cannot access the yard, the Client will be charged for the visit. Poopaw Solutions will secure the gate and provide a photo but is not responsible for ongoing gate security; the Client should verify gate security after service.
11. Animal Safety
Poopaw Solutions will not provide services around aggressive animals. If an aggressive animal prevents access, the Client will be charged for the visit. In case of a bite, the employee will seek medical attention, and the yard will remain as is. The Client is responsible for medical expenses and must provide vaccination records upon request. If a pet poses a threat, Poopaw Solutions may use mace (pepper spray) as a precaution and will inform the Client if this occurs. By using our services, the Client releases Poopaw Solutions from any liability related to mace use.
12. Force Majeure
Poopaw Solutions is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, such as severe weather, government actions, or other force majeure events. Such delays do not constitute abandonment of service. If a payment is missed, Services may be delayed until payment is received, and continued non-payment may lead to termination of Services.
13. Marketing
Clients allow Poopaw Solutions to feature images or photos of the services provided at their property in our marketing efforts, such as on our website, social media, and in various print and digital materials.
14. WysiWash Sanitizing & Deodorizing Service
This chlorine-based product is safe for humans, pets, and plants. If the Client’s pets are sensitive to chemicals, it’s recommended to skip the service or keep them away until it dries. Please notify Poopaw Solutions of any irritation immediately. Poopaw Solutions is not liable for any health issues or sensitivities, and the use of WysiWash does not guarantee prevention of health conditions. The Client agrees to consult a veterinarian for concerns and waives any claims related to their pets’ health.
15. Litter Box Cleaning
The Client must place the litter box outside in an accessible location and provide clean litter. If these conditions are not met, the service will not be completed. Charges will be refunded if Poopaw Solutions is on-site for another service; if the visit is solely for litter box cleaning, the charge will not be refunded.
16. Access to Property
The Client grants access to the property by providing keys or access codes. It is the Client’s responsibility to retrieve or revoke these after canceling a service; Poopaw Solutions is not liable for any issues. Keys and codes will be securely stored and returned or removed after service, unless otherwise arranged. They must be accurate, and the Client should notify Poopaw Solutions of any access restrictions.
17. Late Fee
A late fee of $10 will be charged for each bill not paid within 48 hours of the due date. Payments are due on the 1st of every month for residential clients and within 30 days from the 1st of the month for commercial clients. If a bill is not paid within this 48-hour window, services will be paused until payment is received.
18. Off-Route Fee
An off-route fee of $20 will be charged if the yard is inaccessible or unavailable at the time of arrival, and a return visit is requested. This fee covers the additional travel and effort required for a second trip. Please ensure the yard is accessible as scheduled to avoid this fee.
19. Holidays
Poopaw Solutions does not provide services on the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
If your service falls on one of these holidays, no refund will be given. However, we will resume service on the next scheduled day at no additional cost.
20. Service Limitations
You acknowledge that while we will make every effort to thoroughly clean your property, areas with tall grass, leaves, or significant debris may limit our ability to fully access and remove pet waste. We cannot guarantee 100% removal in such conditions, and we recommend that customers maintain clear, accessible spaces to ensure the best possible service. If excessive obstructions are present, we may need to adjust the scope of service or request a rescheduled visit.
