The frequency of service depends on your needs. We offer include twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanups.

4. What is included in a typical pet waste removal service?
Our service includes picking up pet waste, double bagging and disposing in your garbage, and if needed, we also provide additional services like deodorizing and sanitizing the area and litter box cleaning.

5. Do I need to be home for the service?
Not necessarily. We can perform the cleanup while you’re away, as long as we have access to your yard or designated pet area.

6. What happens to the waste after it’s picked up?
The pet waste will be double bagged and disposed in your garbage.

7. How much does pet waste removal service cost?

8. Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees may apply for extra services, such as deep cleaning or handling large amounts of waste. You will be informed during your yard inspection.

9. What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we only accept credit and debit cards as we operate on a subscription-based model.

10. Is the deodorizing process safe for pets and people?
The Wysiwash solution is mild yet highly effective. Incidental contact is generally safe for humans, animals, and plants. However, as younger pets and children have more sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding the area until it has fully dried.

11. What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We continue to operate in various weather conditions, but extreme weather may cause delays or rescheduling.

12. Can I customize my service plan?
Yes, we offer various frequencies of cleaning to help fit yours needs.

13. Do you offer any guarantees?
We strive to provide the best possible service. If you encounter any issues with our work, please report them within 24 hours, and we will return to address them at no additional charge. If we are not able to return within that timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Any issues reported after 24 hours may be subject to an extra fee.

14. What should I do if my pet is aggressive?
If your pet is aggressive, please inform us on your on-boarding form.

15. Do I need to schedule a specific time for the service?
We do not schedule specific times for pet waste removal services. Our team operates on a set route and will visit your property at some point during our designated business hours. We aim to provide timely service, and while we can’t guarantee an exact time, you can be assured that we will complete the service on its scheduled day. If you have any special timing requests or concerns, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

16. Why do I have to provide my credit/debit card?
Providing a debit or credit card helps us confirm your booking and ensure timely payment of invoices to avoid any interruption in service. Your information is securely stored and will only be used for booking and transaction purposes.
